This is a quite old newspaper advertisement poster, although it has a very simple design its matches with the theme of the newspaper and would be quite easy design. To the public (audience) it is very easily recognisable to the readers of this newspaper as it has the same font used on the headlines and same masthead. The colours used black, white and yellow are the colours used on the newspapers front page, again linking it with the daily voice newspaper, and even people who don’t read the daily voice will be able to recognise which newspaper this is from as we have the masthead clearly shown, therefore if they’re interested in the story the can go and buy this news. The thing I like about this poster is I would also like to have the title take up 1/3 of the page, and having writing on my poster although i also want to have images that represent the north east.
